IMAX Theater at the New England Aquarium Boston, MA	Mt. Laurel Amphitheater Lehman, PA	Hoyt's Cinema Bellingham, MA
247 Tons 20,000 sq ft This dynamic building, cantilevered over the water, had hardly any right angles. Not a problem for our skilled detailers and their sophisticated software. FAMM Steel also built the new IMAX theater at the Jordon's furniture in Natick, MA.	553 Tons 50,000 sq ft FAMM Steel, once again, met the challenge: Fast track delivery of Long Span Trusses for the seating and a dense grid of steel for the stage, all through the harsh winter.	495 Tons 71,000 sq ft FAMM built 6 Hoyt's Cinemas with stadium seating from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania. Including the very first stadium seating theater in New England at Solomon Pond Mall.

2000+ Tons 435,000 sq ft Two of many beam frame office buildings by FAMM Steel.	775 Tons 140,000 sq ft Combined a large composite beam frame garage with a 4 story office tower.	668 Tons 103,000 sq ft

Jefferson at Providence Place Providence, RI	Utopia Center Queens, NY	MART Parking Garage Fitchburg, MA
749 Tons 151,000 sq ft Castellated beams and 100% hot dip galvanizing.	374 Tons 85,000 sq ft Combined composite beam framing and precast plank tightly wrapped around an existing building.	838 Tons 108,000 sq ft This colorful garage combined steel and Filigree (r) precast planks to make a aesthetic cost effective garage.  The exterior galvanized finish was coated with Colorshield (r) by Duncan Galvanizing, to give the Galvanizing the appearance of being stained green.

Cambridge Park Place Cambridge, MA	Brooksby Village Senior Apartments 1 & 2 Peabody, MA	Chestnut Hill Residences Chestnut Hill, MA
1732 Tons 450,000 sq ft This project across from the Alewife T station, featured in the July issue of AISC's Modern Steel Construction, employed an innovative moment resisting frame by MacNamara / Salvia.	557 Tons 228,000 sq ft The composite joist floor system allowed for easy installation for mechanical trades, while maintaining low floor to floor heights and costs.	237 Tons 80,000 sq ft This was the first girder slab job in New England and the third in the nation. The project demonstrated the successful substitution of steel precast plank frame for a cumbersome block & plank system.

1112 Tons 204,000 sq ft FAMM Steel provided the structural steel and miscellaneous metals for one of New England's newest and most impressive furniture stores.	233 Tons 128,000 sq ft We have also built the Hobb's Brooke & Charles River Plaza's for WS Development.	200 Tons 81,000 sq ft We have built over twenty new Stop & Shops and worked on several more renovations and additions. FAMM has also worked with Shaw's, Victory, Demoulas/Market Basket, Stew Leonard's & Wal-Mart.

Behrakis Science Center at Northeastern University Boston, MA	Roger Williams Recreation Center Bristol, RI	Penn Hillel Philidelphia, PA
763 Tons 124,000 sq ft	402 Tons 90,500 sq ft Single, 119' plate girders, low joists and specially 2-coat epoxy painted deck were just a few of the challenges on this project.	321 Tons 35,890 sq ft This buildings unusual configuration was not a challenge for our skilled detailers and their sophisticated SDS/2 software.

Harboryard Arena & Ballpark Bridgeport, CT	McCoy Stadium Addition for the Pawtucket Red Sox Pawtucket, RI	Sullivan Arena at St. Anslem's College Goffstown, NH
2,234 Tons 232,000 sq ft The 10,000 seat arena required 1,800 tons of steel including catwalks, raker beams, and 300' trusses. The 434 ton ballpark required extensive use of a specialty 2 coat epoxy paint.	541 Tons 58,000 sq ft Includes new seating and a concession area.	669 Tons 54,000 sq ft 196' long x 14' wide trusses shipped in two pieces.

Christmas Tree Shops Addition Middleboro, MA	Clarins USA Dist. Facility Orange, NY	Preferred Freezer Warehouse Sharon, MA
557 Tons 265,000 sq ft 70+' tall, joists were erected in entire bays. This was accomplished by panelizing the deck, joist, and bridging for erection.	587 Tons 115,500 sq ft FAMM was brought in during the planning stages and helped reconfigure the layout to save money & improve the facilities efficiency.	226 Tons 106,800 sq ft One of a number of freezer warehouses we have built over the years.
